Please join us on Thursday, August 7th at 2:00 pm for our annual tradition – the Dog Days of Summer!  Staff, family members and friends are invited to bring their dogs for an afternoon of fun on the patio in our Residence building.  There will be a doggie pool, tennis balls and frisbees, and treats for dogs and humans alike.  Our panel of resident judges will hand out an array of awards to our canine participants.

This year, as part of our Dog Days festivities, we will be collecting donations for the Hank Fund.   The Hank Fund was established through the Wisconsin Humane Society on behalf of “Hank”, the stray dog who walked onto the Brewer’s Training Field in Arizona this past spring. The Hank Fund is intended to raise awareness of the plight of homeless and stray animals in our community.  All proceeds will go to help stray animals in the Milwaukee community.
