Certified Nursing Assistant (part-time & full-time): Provide direct patient care to residents consistent with each resident’s comprehensive care plan and assessment. Requires valid state of Wisconsin C.N.A certification. Prior experience in skilled nursing facility is preferred. CBRF Certified CNA’s needed and strongly encouraged to apply. RCAC Certified Nursing Assistant (in-house pool): Provides direct patient care to residents living in our independent living and RCAC community. Services are consistent with each resident’s comprehensive care plan and assessment and they will work under the guidance and direction of the RCAC Manager and Nurse to protect the rights and safety of residents. 2-3 pool positions are open. Requires valid state of Wisconsin C.N.A license and CBRF Medication Administration. Note: As part of our development opportunities, from time-to-time CBRF training is provided. Registered Nurse: Requires valid state of Wisconsin RN license and prior long-term care experience preferred, however, new grads will also be considered. Accounts Payable & Payroll Specialist (full-time): Responsible for completing the full payroll cycle in accordance with established policies and procedures and perform general accounts payable duties. Must maintain confidentiality, communicate clearly and collaborate with the team. Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in payroll processing and associated activities. Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred.
Sales and Marketing Coordinator (full-time): Performs a broad range of sales and marketing related functions assisting the Director of Sales and Marketing with the goal of optimum occupancy for the organization. Assist in the coordination of duties related to the organization and its affiliates. Seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing and creative team player. College degree in social work, gerontology, marketing, human services or related field, or equivalent experience required. Experience in senior housing, service or health care related environment preferred.
Maintenance Technician (full-time, 1st shift): This position performs general maintenance on fixed and movable equipment for the organization and its residents. This includes ordering materials and working with our maintenance staff and /or contractors on remodeling and renovating projects. Other jobs as assigned. Previous experience working at a healthcare facility and a strong working knowledge of electrical and plumbing skills preferred. Experience with carpentry and mechanical repairs to equipment, building and grounds, also desired.
Floor Care Technician (full-time): Completes daily and routine floor care work orders throughout the campus and works with other members of the Plant Operations Department to ensure that the buildings and grounds are clean, well maintained, safe and secure. Minimum of two (2) years of hands on experience with all floor care needs (vacuum, extraction of carpets, strip, wax, buffing of hard floors) and at least one year of light maintenance work (light bulbs, clogged drains etc.).
Food Service Server (LTE, part-time): Clean, prepare, and serve food to residents. Set up dining areas to ensure that required dishes, paper goods, and foods are assembled before the scheduled start of meal service. Clean, wash and/or sanitize all utensils, carts, equipment and furniture after each meal or as needed. Assist in maintaining the dish room in a clean and orderly fashion. Previous serving experience preferred.
