Assisted Living Aide (in-house pool): Provide direct patient care to resident in the Assisted Living unit. Work under the guidance and direction of an L.P.N to protect the rights and safety of residents and perform all duties as assigned. Requires valid state of Wisconsin C.N.A license and CBRF training certification. Previous experience in assisted living preferred.

Certified Nursing Assistant (part-time & full-time): Provide direct patient care to residents consistent with each resident’s comprehensive care plan and assessment. Requires valid state of Wisconsin C.N.A certification. Prior experience in skilled nursing facility is preferred. RN Manager (full-time): Responsible and accountable to the Director of Nursing for the nursing care of all of the residents on a rehab unit. The position requires the supervision of licensed nurses and other nursing personnel in the delivery of care and services according to each resident’s assessment and care plan. The RN Manager will manage unit in accordance with the organization’s philosophy and objectives, in compliance with standards of professional nursing practice, and with all state laws regulations. The position requires an RN Degree and three (3) years’ experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility required. Supervisory or management experience of at least five years is required. Current RN licensure by the state of Wisconsin required.

Infection Preventionist (part-time): Directly responsible for the coordination of infection prevention and adherence to State and Federal rules and regulations, as well as the organization’s policy and procedures and philosophy of a call to do more. Requires Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing, current licensure by the State of Wisconsin, as well as a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in acute care medical/surgical and skilled nursing facility nursing.  Experience in infection prevention and control preferred.

Recreation Therapy Assistant (in-house pool): Plans and implement therapeutic and recreation activities to residents that are designed to meet the interests and improve or maintain the physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident. Assist with outings, special events and documents. Must be able to work evenings and weekends.

Front Desk Associate (part-time): Be part of the team responsible for welcoming our residents and delivering them gold standard service! Provide customer service functions at the front reception desk, including answering phone calls and directing callers, greeting and directing visitors, issuing TELS orders and providing oversight of all the residents, visitors, guests and volunteers. Must be able to think on your feet and make nuanced decisions in a fast pace environment.

Server/Bar Lead (full-time): Provides coordination and direct beverage services for events, including Flatley’s Lounge and the Residence Dining Room, as well as food service duties, and event services throughout the Residence building of Milwaukee Catholic Home. Hours are 11:00am – 7:30pm Tuesday through Saturday. Bartender license preferred.

Food Service Server (full-time & part-time): Clean, prepare, and serve food to residents. Set up dining areas to ensure that required dishes, paper goods, and foods are assembled before the scheduled start of meal service. Clean, wash and/or sanitize all utensils, carts, equipment and furniture after each meal or as needed. Assist in maintaining the dish room in a clean and orderly fashion. Previous serving experience preferred.

Dishwasher (full-time, 1.0 & part-time, 0.5): Perform cleaning and sanitizing functions for food service department. Scrape food from dirty dishes, wash pots, pans and trays by hand, load dish machine and serve residents meals. Kitchen clean-up duties included in this position. Must be available every other weekend and evenings.
