RCAC Certified Nursing Assistant (in-house pool): Provides direct patient care to residents living in our independent living and RCAC community.  Services are consistent with each resident’s comprehensive care plan and assessment and they will work under the guidance and direction of the RCAC Manager and Nurse to protect the rights and safety of residents. 2-3 pool positions are open.  Requires valid state of Wisconsin C.N.A license and CBRF Medication Administration.  Note:  As part of our development opportunities, from time-to-time CBRF training is provided.  See HR for training requirements.

Certified Nursing Assistant (part-time & full-time): Provide direct patient care to residents consistent with each resident’s comprehensive care plan and assessment. Requires valid state of Wisconsin C.N.A certification. Prior experience in skilled nursing facility is preferred. Registered Nurse: Requires valid state of Wisconsin RN license and prior long-term care experience preferred, however, new grads will also be considered. Dietitian (full-time): Implement and coordinate the nutritional care of the residents in the Health Care Center.  Responsibilities include performing nutrition screenings, assessments with recommendations to physicians, and development and implementation of a plan of care. Must be a Registered Dietitian; requires a bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and minimum one (1) year experience. Long-term care facility experience is desirable.

Admissions Coordinator (full-time): Coordinate and oversee the entire admission process for residents of skilled nursing and the CBRF located in the Health Care Center. This position works closely with the campus wide sales team to have a working knowledge of the admission’s process for residential and supportive living, providing support as needed. Responsible for establishing, maintaining and developing effective referral sources and working to ensure that the HRC census is maintained at the level determined by the Board of Directors and Administration. Requires a bachelor’s degree in Administration and prior experience working in Admissions. Two (2) years’ experience in long term care or acute is preferred. RN, LPN license or social work is preferred.

Recreation Therapy Assistant: (in-house pool): Plan and implement therapeutic and recreation activities to residents that are designed to meet the interests and improve or maintain the physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident. Assist with outings, special events and documents. Must be able to work evenings and weekends.

Cook (part-time & full-time): Responsible for the production of high-quality foods for our residents, staff and guests. The Cook prepares and cooks/bakes food for the organization’s residents and employees by following standardized recipes. They insure that food is tasty, attractive and at a proper temperature, discuss menus, supplies and utilization of leftovers with supervisor. One-year experience cooking in a long-term care facility or restaurant setting required.

Food Service Server (LTE, part-time): Clean, prepare, and serve food to residents. Set up dining areas to ensure that required dishes, paper goods, and foods are assembled before the scheduled start of meal service. Clean, wash and/or sanitize all utensils, carts, equipment and furniture after each meal or as needed. Assist in maintaining the dish room in a clean and orderly fashion. Previous serving experience preferred.
