Certified Nursing Assistant (part-time & full-time): Provide direct patient care to residents consistent with each resident’s comprehensive care plan and assessment. Requires valid state of Wisconsin C.N.A certification. Prior experience in skilled nursing facility is preferred. CBRF Certified CNA’s needed and strongly encouraged to apply.

RCAC Certified Nursing Assistant (in-house pool): Provides direct patient care to residents living in our independent living and RCAC community.  Services are consistent with each resident’s comprehensive care plan and assessment and they will work under the guidance and direction of the RCAC Manager and Nurse to protect the rights and safety of residents. Requires valid state of Wisconsin C.N.A license and CBRF Medication Administration.  Note:  As part of our development opportunities, from time-to-time CBRF training is provided.  See HR for training requirements.

 

Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse: Requires valid state of Wisconsin RN/LPN license and prior long-term care experience preferred, however, new grads will also be considered. Individual may also work with one of MCH’s collaborative partners under a shared service agreement at a Wauwatosa location on second shift.

Recreation Therapy Assistant (in-house pool): Plan and implement therapeutic and recreation activities to residents that are designed to meet the interests and improve or maintain the physical, mental and psychosocial well-being of each resident. Assist with outings, special events and documents. Must be able to work evenings and weekends.

 

Housing Advisor (full-time): Performs a broad range of sales and marketing related functions assisting the Regional Sales and Marketing Manager with the goal of optimum occupancy for the organization. Assists in the coordination of duties related to the organization and its affiliates in an exciting and newly built environment where lasting relationships and meaningful opportunities are abundant and enriched in the spirit of faith-based traditions. College degree in social work, gerontology, marketing, human services or related field required. Previous experience in senior housing, service or health care related environment and knowledge of the normal aspects of the aging process required.

 

Accounts Payable & Payroll Specialist (full-time): Responsible for completing the full payroll cycle in accordance with established policies and procedures and perform general accounts payable duties. Must maintain confidentiality, communicate clearly and collaborate with the team. Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in payroll processing and associated activities. Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred.

 

Housekeeper/Laundry Aide (full-time): This is a combined role responsible for the quality of resident apartments, offices, treatment areas, guest rooms etc. within the facility and maintaining good resident relations in providing visually acceptable lines and personal clothing. Must be able to push/pull more than 50 pounds and previous experience in housekeeping and laundry required.

 

Maintenance Technician (full-time, 1st shift): This position performs general maintenance on fixed and movable equipment for the organization and its residents. This includes ordering materials and working with our maintenance staff and /or contractors on remodeling and renovating projects. Other jobs as assigned. Previous experience working at a healthcare facility and a strong working knowledge of electrical and plumbing skills preferred. Experience with carpentry and mechanical repairs to equipment, building and grounds, also desired.
