Certified Nursing Assistant (part-time & full-time): Provide direct patient care to residents consistent with each resident’s comprehensive care plan and assessment. Requires valid state of Wisconsin C.N.A certification. Prior experience in skilled nursing facility is preferred. CBRF Certified CNA’s needed and strongly encouraged to apply.

CBRF Certified Nursing Assistant (in-house pool): Provide direct patient care to residents in the Assisted Living unit. Work under the guidance and direction of an L.P.N to protect the rights and safety of residents and perform all duties as assigned. Requires valid state of Wisconsin C.N.A license and CBRF training certification. Previous experience in assisted living preferred.
RCAC Certified Nursing Assistant (in-house pool): Provides direct patient care to residents living in our independent living and RCAC community. Services are consistent with each resident’s comprehensive care plan and assessment and they will work under the guidance and direction of the RCAC Manager and Nurse to protect the rights and safety of residents. Requires CBRF Medication Administration. Note: As part of our development opportunities, from time-to-time CBRF training is provided. See HR for training requirements.
Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse: Requires valid state of Wisconsin RN/LPN license and prior long-term care experience preferred, however, new grads will also be considered. Individual may also work with one of MCH’s collaborative partners under a shared service agreement at a Wauwatosa location on second shift.

Caregiver (Burlington, WI): Assists with the physical and mental health needs of its religious order of men providing direct patient care consist with each resident’s comprehensive care plan and assessment. They work under the guidance and direction of an R.N to protect right and safety of residents and help the facility function smoothly, observe and collect data, and perform all duties as assigned to provide care to residents. Position has housekeeping duties such as cleaning bedrooms, living areas and laundry. Valid state of Wisconsin C.N.A certification and prior experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred. Must be available mornings and weekends!
Farm Help @ Clare Gardens (Burlington, WI): This is a seasonal position for the months of August through end of October and full or part-time hours are available. Duties include harvesting and washing produce, weeding, transporting of the produce and other assorted tasks. Must be able to work outside under a variety of conditions, be active and able to lift 50 pounds, and have a good attitude. Must have a valid driver’s license. Although this is a seasonal position, annual return to the farm is preferred.
Housekeeper (full-time): Responsible for the quality cleaning of resident apartments, offices, treatment areas, guest rooms, etc. within our Health & Rehabilitation building. Must be available every other weekend and previous experience preferred.
Recreation Therapy Assistant (in-house pool): Plan and implement therapeutic and recreation activities to residents that are designed to meet the interests and improve or maintain the physical, mental and psychosocial well-being of each resident. Assist with outings, special events and documents. Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
Food Service Server (LTE): Clean, prepare and serve food to residents. Set up dining areas to ensure that required dishes, paper goods, and food are assembled before the scheduled start of meal service. Clean, wash and or sanitize all utensils, carts, equipment and furniture after each meal or as needed. Assist in maintaining the dish room and a clean and orderly fashion. Must be available evenings and weekends and previous restaurant experience preferred.
