Accountant (full-time, Milwaukee): Ensure that the business is operating effectively and efficiently by performing accounting functions and monitoring internal controls. Responsible for assigned finance activities, proper reporting and adherence to GAAP. Bachelor’s degree in accounting required and 0-2 years of accounting experience. Knowledge of financial reporting requirements/GAAP required. Recent university graduates are encouraged to apply, and training is provided. 

 

HR Generalist/Coordinator (full-time, Milwaukee): A hands-on role providing human resources support by performing a wide variety of complex, sensitive, and confidential functions. Responsible for the following functional areas: recruiting, benefits, onboarding, leave administration, policy administration, human resources information system, and employment law compliance. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is required and a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a human resources position, preferably in a long-term care, health care, or non-profit environment. Knowledge of Kronos or other type of HRIS is also preferred.

 

Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse (Milwaukee & Elm Grove): Requires valid state of Wisconsin RN/LPN license and prior long-term care experience preferred, however, new grads will also be considered. Individual may also work with one of MCH’s collaborative partners under a shared service agreement at a Wauwatosa location on second shift. * Retention Bonus available* Please contact the HR Department for specific FTE open positions.

 

Certified Nursing Assistant (Milwaukee & Elm Grove): Provide direct patient care to residents consistent with each resident’s comprehensive care plan and assessment. Requires valid state of Wisconsin C.N.A certification. Prior experience in skilled nursing facility is preferred. CBRF Certified CNA’s needed and strongly encouraged to apply.

RCAC Certified Nursing Assistant (in-house pool, Milwaukee): Provides direct patient care to residents living in our independent living and RCAC community.  Services are consistent with each resident’s comprehensive care plan and assessment and they will work under the guidance and direction of the RCAC Manager and Nurse to protect the rights and safety of residents. Requires CBRF Medication Administration.  Note:  As part of our development opportunities, from time-to-time CBRF training is provided.  See HR for training requirements.

Security/Utility 3rd Shift (part-time, Milwaukee): Provides minor maintenance services, housekeeping, reception and set-up services throughout the Milwaukee Catholic Home. This individual assures the safety and security of the building and grounds and enforces and follows all department and security policies and procedures. Required to work 10-hour shifts: 10:00pm – 8:00am on Friday and Saturday nights.

Front Desk Receptionist: (LTE, Milwaukee): Be part of the team responsible for welcoming our residents and delivering them gold standard service! This individual provides customer service functions at the front desk, including answering phone calls and directing callers, greeting, and directing visitors and providing oversight of all residents, visitors, guests, volunteers. High school education and customer service or receptionist experience required; preferably in a fast-paced environment utilizing a multi-line phone system. Must be available evenings and weekends.

 

Rounds Cook (full-time, Milwaukee): Prepare food for residents and employees in our independent residential kitchen. Plan production to coordinate with mealtimes to ensure quality and quantity. Previous experience cooking in a long-term care facility or restaurant setting required.

 

Summer Help (part-time & full-time, Milwaukee): Do you have any family members or friends who want a job this summer?  Duties include window cleaning, mulch placement, event set-up and other duties as needed. This is a physically demanding position, must be able to lift 75 pounds, stand and walk consistently throughout the day and work outdoors and indoors. Training is provided.
