Current Job Openings (as of Thursday, April 19, 2018): 

Certified Nursing Assistant (Part-time & Full-time): Provide direct patient care to residents consistent with each resident’s comprehensive care plan and assessment. Requires valid state of Wisconsin C.N.A certification. Prior experience in skilled nursing facility is preferred. CBRF Certified CNA’s needed and strongly encouraged to apply.

1st shift- 1 opening (0.5)          2nd shift- 2 openings (0.7, 0.8)                    3rd shift-1 opening (1.0)

Assisted Living Aide (In-house Pool): Provide direct patient care to residents in the Assisted Living unit. Work under the guidance and direction of an L.P.N to protect the rights and safety of residents and perform all duties as assigned to provide care to residents. Requires valid state of Wisconsin C.N.A license and CBRF training certification. Previous experience in assisted living is preferred.

Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse- 2 openings- Requires valid state of Wisconsin RN or LPN license and prior long-term care experience preferred.  (0.8, 0.9) 2nd Shift  

Painter (In-house Pool): This individual will be responsible for assisting the Lead Painter with painting and varnishing throughout the facility with preparing various surfaces to be refinished by using a variety of techniques to apply paint, varnish, enamel, lacquer or similar surface coverings as directed. Scrape, strip, sand, wash, caulk, patch or apply primer or sizing to interior or exterior surfaces to be refinished. Hang and repair drywall/wallpaper and other surfaces. Must be experienced with using brushes, rollers, spray guns and other painting tools and with utilizing a variety of techniques in applying coating to prepared surfaces.

Hospitality/Front Desk (In-house Pool): This individual responds to numerous/busy front desk communications – incoming calls, intercom, walkie-talkie, and e-mail. Demonstrates attributes of a great host by being aware and attentive to our residents and visitor’s needs. Engages in positive/helpful conversations that share in a real connection. Assists with reservations, check in and check out processes. Customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel or related hospitality field. Must possess basic computer skills, i.e. Word, Excel, E-mail, etc. Ability to learn quickly and work/multi-task in fast paced position with constant guest interactions. Must be available evening and weekends and holidays!

Payroll & Accounts Payable Coordinator (Full-time): The duties include, but are not limited to maintaining and implementing processes and procedures for processing biweekly payroll accurately and efficiently. Prepare all payroll related reports and transmission of 403(b) and FSA amount accurately. Assist controller with period-end close and other tasks as assigned. Enter accounts payable bills and process vendor payments and respond to vendor inquiries, troubleshoot billing issues and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel. Audit all entries for coding and proper authorization level in accordance with department policies and procedures. At least three years of payroll management and mid-level accounting experience preferred. Knowledge with accounting, payroll and enterprise software systems required.

Summer help needed! (In-house Pool): Do you have any family members or friends who want a job this summer? Duties include: Washing windows, event set-up and take down, touch-up painting, other job assignments as assigned.

Director of Plant Operations: Accountable to the Executive Director, the Director of Plant Operations is responsible for the coordination of Maintenance and Grounds. This position acts as a liaison with other departments and outside vendors. The Director of Plant Operations ensures that department activities are conducted in accordance with the applicable federal and state regulation and MCH policies. Knowledge of Federal, State and OSHA laws relating to long term care is required. Must be proficient in using software such as Microsoft Word and Excel to perform tasks and must have the ability to effectively communicate with customers, vendors and other employees of the organization.
