Certified Nursing Assistant (part-time & full-time): Provide direct patient care to residents consistent with each resident’s comprehensive care plan and assessment. Requires valid state of Wisconsin C.N.A certification. Prior experience in skilled nursing facility is preferred. CBRF Certified CNA’s needed and strongly encouraged to apply.

CBRF Certified Nursing Assistant (in-house pool): Provide direct patient care to residents in the Assisted Living unit. Work under the guidance and direction of an L.P.N to protect the rights and safety of residents and perform all duties as assigned. Requires valid state of Wisconsin C.N.A license and CBRF training certification. Previous experience in assisted living preferred.                                    

RCAC Certified Nursing Assistant (in-house pool): Provides direct patient care to residents living in our independent living and RCAC community.  Services are consistent with each resident’s comprehensive care plan and assessment and they will work under the guidance and direction of the RCAC Manager and Nurse to protect the rights and safety of residents. Requires CBRF Medication Administration.  Note:  As part of our development opportunities, from time-to-time CBRF training is provided.  See HR for training requirements.

R.N Supervisor-Weekends / 2nd Shift: Responsible for the supervision of all Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants and Medication Assistants on his/her shift, utilizing the nursing process, philosophy and objectives of the organization and the Nursing Departments within the scope of gerontological nursing. This is a weekend position; Saturday & Sunday, either every other weekend OR every weekend on 2nd shift, hours are 2:30pm – 11:00pm. Requires a valid state of Wisconsin RN licensure.

Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse: Requires valid state of Wisconsin RN/LPN license and prior long-term care experience preferred, however, new grads will also be considered. Individual may also work with one of MCH’s collaborative partners under a shared service agreement at a Wauwatosa location on second shift. * Retention Bonus available* Please contact the HR Department for specific FTE open positions. Lead Cook (full-time): Responsible for the production of high-quality foods for staff and guests. The Lead Cook prepares and cooks/bakes food for the organization’s residents and employees by following standardized recipes and ensure that food is tasty, attractive and at a proper temperature. The schedule for this position is four, 10 hour days, per week, including every other weekend.

Food Server (full-time & part-time): Clean, prepare and serve food to residents. Set up dining areas to ensure that required dishes, paper goods, and foods are assembled before the scheduled start of meal service. The facility is located in Elm Grove, WI, at the School Sisters of Notre Dame. Weekend hours are 11am – 7:30pm on both Saturday and Sunday. Weekday hours from 3:30 – 7:30pm or 11am – 2:30pm. Flexible pool scheduling as hours are available, pick up mutually agreed upon shifts. Previous customer service preferred

Recreation Therapy Assistant (in-house pool): Plan and implement therapeutic and recreation activities to residents that are designed to meet the interests and improve or maintain the physical, mental and psychosocial well-being of each resident. Assist with outings, special events and documents. Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
