RCAC Certified Nursing Assistant (in-house pool): Provides direct patient care to residents living in our independent living and RCAC community.  Services are consistent with each resident’s comprehensive care plan and assessment and they will work under the guidance and direction of the RCAC Manager and Nurse to protect the rights and safety of residents. 2-3 pool positions are open.  Requires valid state of Wisconsin C.N.A license and CBRF Medication Administration.  Note:  As part of our development opportunities, from time-to-time CBRF training is provided.  See HR for training requirements.

Certified Nursing Assistant (part-time & full-time): Provide direct patient care to residents consistent with each resident’s comprehensive care plan and assessment. Requires valid state of Wisconsin C.N.A certification. Prior experience in skilled nursing facility is preferred. Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse: Requires valid state of Wisconsin RN/LPN license and prior long-term care experience preferred, however, new grads will also be considered. Individual may also work with one of MCH’s collaborative partners under a shared service agreement at a Wauwatosa location on second shift. Please contact the HR Department for specific FTE open positions. * Retention Bonus available*        

Nurse Educator (full-time): Directly responsible for the coordination of nursing service education, infection control and quality improvement. Serves as education coordinator with responsibility for all nursing employee orientation, preceptor programs, on-going assessment of staff competencies, in-service education, education policies and procedures, and education records. Requires a bachelor’s degree in nursing, valid state of Wisconsin RN license and a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a skilled nursing facility.

Care Plan Assessment Nurse (part-time, up to full-time): Responsible for assisting nurse managers and floor nurses with assessments and care plans. This position is flexible with scheduled hours but includes working every other weekend. Requires valid state of Wisconsin RN/LPN license.  

Cook (part-time & full-time): Responsible for the production of high-quality foods for our residents, staff and guests. The Cook prepares and cooks/bakes food for the organization’s residents and employees by following standardized recipes. They insure that food is tasty, attractive and at a proper temperature, discuss menus, supplies and utilization of leftovers with supervisor. One-year experience cooking in a long-term care facility or restaurant setting required.

Server/Bartender (full-time): Provides coordination and direct beverage services for events, including Flatley’s Lounge and the residence dining room, as well as food service duties and event services throughout the residence building of Milwaukee Catholic Home. Hours are 11:00am – 7:30pm Tuesday through Saturday. Bartender license preferred.

Food Service Server (LTE, part-time): Clean, prepare, and serve food to residents. Set up dining areas to ensure that required dishes, paper goods, and foods are assembled before the scheduled start of meal service. Clean, wash and/or sanitize all utensils, carts, equipment and furniture after each meal or as needed. Assist in maintaining the dish room in a clean and orderly fashion. Previous serving experience preferred.
