The past week has seen some wonderful Easter festivities at MCH.  One favorite is our annual Easter Egg Hunt with the students from Nurturing Nook Childcare here on the MCH campus.  The kids enjoyed the spring weather out in our courtyard and shared their colorful finds with their “grandfriends.”  There was a special visitor as well!

Over in the Residence, residents dyed eggs using a variety of techniques.  Resident Ada Dziewanowska, who was born in Poland, shared her culture’s tradition of intricately decorated eggs.

Of course, the central events of the week were the Holy Week liturgies held in our St. Anne and St. Joachim chapels as we gathered as a community to celebrate Christ’s Resurrection.

A happy and blessed Easter to you and yours!
