Hands-on role responsible for the recruiting operation for the entire organization with independent decision making and judgment that provides recruiting support and partnership by performing a wide variety of recruiting related functions. This role is responsible for the following functional areas: sourcing, recruiting, job board, social media, company website job postings, job fairs, college/university relationships, community and high school relationships establishing a proactive and robust talent acquisition experience for hiring managers, job seekers and applicants alike. The HR role will assist with other HR functions as required. Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience required. Bachelor’s degree &/or experience with search firm is preferred.
