Responsible for the supervision of all Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants and Medication Assistants on his/her shift, utilizing the nursing process, philosophy and objectives of the organization and the Nursing Department within the scope of gerontological nursing. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a supervisory/management position in a skilled nursing facility required. Must be a graduate from an accredited School of Nursing, including current licensure by the State of Wisconsin. * Retention Bonus also available*
