Works with other members of the Plant Operations Department to ensure that the buildings and grounds are well maintained, safe and secure. This position completes daily and routine maintenance work orders throughout the campus. Must be able to perform physical activity and be on feet for long periods of time and have hands-on experience of basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical and carpentry trades. Requires high school diploma or equivalency and excellent communication and customer service skills (verbal and written). Healthcare experience preferred.
