Focuses on excellent customer service while supervising and performing a variety of food serving, preparation, and cleaning duties in the facility. They will supervise as well as perform wait staff duties as needed, prepare various salads and dessert items, work in the dish room, reset dining room, and complete cleaning and other tasks as assigned. This position communicates directly with the VP of Hospitality and Culinary Services with regards to scheduling, training and hiring and all HR documentation with regards to waitstaff. Highschool education required.
