Responsible for the planning and production of high-quality foods for staff and guests. The lead cook ensures that food is tasty, attractive and at a proper temperature, discuss menus, supplies and utilization of leftovers with supervisor. One (1) year experience cooking in a long-term care facility or restaurant setting. Associate degree in Culinary Arts, Culinary Apprenticeship or equivalent work experience preferred. Shift hours are 11:00am – 7:30pm, including every other weekend.
