The Generalist role is a hands-on role that provides support by performing a variety of complex, sensitive, and confidential functions for all employees across multiple campuses. This role is responsible for the support or the managing in several functional areas of Human Resources, including, recruiting, onboarding, new hire orientation, policy administration, compliance, HRIS, partner with payroll team, employee relations with independent decision making and judgment that provides support and partnership. The Generalist role will assist with other HR functions as required. Minimum of 3 to 5 years HR Generalist experience preferred. Experience in a multi shift environment for both hourly and exempt level positions is preferred. Experience in long term care would be a nice-to-have but not required. All related and relevant experience will be considered. Knowledge of current employment laws and regulations, labor relations laws, and regulations is required. Knowledge of UKG Ready or other type of HRIS is preferred. This is a full-time position and benefit eligible.
