Provides customer service functions at the front reception desk, including answering phone calls and directing callers, greeting and directing visitors and providing oversight of all residents, visitors, guests, volunteers. The Front Desk Receptionist also functions as center of communication in the event of emergency. They will perform other functions as needed according to building/department needs. 2nd and 3rd shifts available; 4:30pm – 10:00pm and 10:00pm – 8:00am. High school education required. Customer service or receptionist experience; preferably in a fast-paced environment utilizing a multi-line phone system preferred.
