The Residence at Milwaukee Catholic Home offers independent living apartment for retired senior adults on Milwaukee’s beautiful East Side. The Residence is designed to provide comfortable, secure retirement living in a community setting of mature adults.
There are many different floor plans to fit an individual's lifestyle. There are affordable studios, spacious one-bedrooms and custom two and three bedroom apartments. Residents provide their own furnishings and may decorate apartments in their own style.
Residents choose from three different payment plans. All three options require a monthly fee based on an entrance fee or a security deposit. Entrance fees are fully refundable when the resident vacates the apartment.
Included in the monthly fee are three meals a day, bi-weekly housekeeping, cable television and all utilities except for the telephone.
Also included are daily activities, daily Mass, an emergency call system, and 24-hour security.
