Rehabilitative Nursing Center is for people who are returning from the Hospital after experiencing an acute illness or injury. Our Rehabilitation Center is Medicare approved. The ultimate goal of the center is to return residents back to the community, whether that means going back to their private homes, independent living apartments or assisted living settings.
We have state-of-the-art equipment in a beautiful, natural light filled gym. Our exceptional rehabilitation team consists of physical, occupational, speech and recreational therapists, along with nurses, a rehabilitation physician, dietitians and social workers. All team members plan the care along with the resident and his or her personal physician. |
