Certified Nursing Assistant – Part-Time (.8) – 1st Shift. Hours are 6:30am to 3:00pm and include every other weekend along with working Holidays. Must have valid Wisconsin C.N.A. certifications. Prior experience working in long-term care is preferred.
Cook – Full Time. Prepare food for residents and employees. Cook food in quantities according to menu and number of persons to be served. Prepare all items as listed on production sheet, including the baking of bread and pastries. Plan production to coordinate with meal times to ensure quality and quantity. Hours included working 10 hours shifts and will include every other weekend and every other holiday. Additional weekend hours may be required based on departmental needs. Shifts will vary between 6am-4:30pm, 8am-6:30pm and 9am-7:30pm. Previous line cooking experience preferred. 2 years’ experience as a professional cook, or a culinary degree required.
LPN/RN – In-House Pool. Seeking in-house pool LPNs & RNs for all shifts. In-House Pool employees are required to work at least two weekend shift a month and one major holiday. Requires valid state of Wisconsin LPN or RN license. Prior long-term care experience is required.
Residential Based LPN – Full Time. Responsible for ongoing community outreach and evaluation of client needs in Independent Living, RCAC, and private homes. This individual will be responsible for documenting changes of condition, collecting data for quarterly comprehensive assessment and for assisting with medication set-ups and verification of monthly orders. This energetic and ambitious individual should possess strong clinical, critical thinking and organizational skills and be able to work well independently. Reliable transportation is required and previous experience in community based nursing is preferred.
Sous Chef – Full Time. Responsible for all food production and kitchen operations. Cook supervision experience and ServSafe certification required. Culinary degree preferred.
Utility Helper – In-House Pool. Provides maintenance services, including window washing, furniture moving, and grounds care.
