Accounting Manager – Full-Time – 1st Shift.   Timely and accurate execution of month-end accounting close including journal entries, and account reconciliations. Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the general ledger, supporting ledgers and financial schedules. Supervision of the accounting staff.  Reviews and maintain billing processes and contractual agreements to reconcile revenue. Manage A/R and A/P activities, including identifying potential problematic accounts. Assists in the annual audit. Minimum of two to three years of experience in an Accounting role and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

Certified Nursing Assistant – Part-Time & Full-Time – 2nd & 3rd Shift. Provide direct patient care to residents consistent with each resident’s comprehensive care plan and assessment. Work under the guidance and direction of an R.N. or L.P.N to protect the rights and safety of residents, help the unit function smoothly, observe and collect data, and perform all duties as assigned to provide care to residents. Requires valid state of Wisconsin C.N.A. certification. Prior experience in skilled nursing facility is preferred.

Cook – Full Time – 1st & 2nd Shift. Prepare and cook/bake food for residents and employees.  Cook food in quantities according to menu and number of persons to be served, ensuring adherence to recipes, dietary guidelines and other requirements.  Prepare all items as listed on production sheet, including the baking of bread and pastries. Plan production to coordinate with meal times to ensure quality and quantity.  2 year’s experience as a professional cook or culinary degree required.

Food Service Server – Limited Time. Prepare tables for meals, including setting up items such as linens, silverware, and glassware. Take beverage and food orders from residents. Enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages to residents. Complete cleaning and other tasks as assigned.

Lead Cook – Full-Time – 1st & 2nd Shift.  Prepare and cook/bake food for residents and employees.  Cook food in quantities according to menu and number of persons to be served, ensuring adherence to recipes, dietary guidelines and other requirements.  Prepare all items as listed on production sheet, including the baking of bread and pastries. Plan production to coordinate with meal times to ensure quality and quantity.  3 years of cooking experience is required as well as 1 year in a supervisory role. Sanitation certfication required.

RN –Part-Time (.6) – 3rd Shift– The Milwaukee Catholic Home is seeking a part-time RN for Noc shift. Third shift hours are 10:30PM to 7:00AM and include every other weekend along with working Holidays.  Requires valid state of Wisconsin RN license. Prior long-term care experience is preferred.

RN Weekend Supervisor – LTE (.4) – 2nd Shift. Experienced Registered Nurse for weekend supervision on the PM shift.  Hours are every Saturday and Sunday from 2:30PM to 11:00PM. Responsibilities include accurately performing patient assessments and identifying patient needs upon admission, administering medications and performing treatments as directed by physicians, communicating resident progress to physician and family, supervising the nursing care delivered by nursing assistants and facility supervision. This position includes supervisory responsibilities. Requires valid state of Wisconsin RN license.  Prior long-term care & rehab experience is required.
