Assistant Painter – Full-Time. Prepare various surfaces to be refinished by using a variety of techniques to apply paint, varnish, enamel, lacquer or similar surface coverings as directed. Scrape, strip, sand, wash, caulk, patch or apply primer or sizing to interior or exterior surfaces to be refinished. Hang and repair drywall/wallpaper and other surfaces. Mix paints, and lacquers to attain desired color, durability and texture of coating. Must be experienced with using brushes, rollers, spray guns and other painting tools and with utilizing a variety of techniques in applying coatings to prepared surfaces.

Certified Nursing Assistant – Part-Time & Full-Time – All Shifts. Provide direct patient care to residents consistent with each resident’s comprehensive care plan and assessment. Work under the guidance and direction of an R.N. or L.P.N to protect the rights and safety of residents, help the unit function smoothly, observe and collect data, and perform all duties as assigned to provide care to residents. Requires valid state of Wisconsin C.N.A. certification. Prior experience in skilled nursing facility is preferred.

Nurse Liaison LPN – Full-Time. Coordinate the process for resident admissions.Build and maintain positive relationships with referral sources such as care coordinators, discharge planners, social workers and physicians.  This position reports to the Administrator with support from the Marketing Director and serves as a member of our sales team. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in patient/resident assessments, valid state of Wisconsin LPN license as well as WI driver’s license with proof of insurability is required.

Recreation Coordinator – Full-Time. Plan and organize recreation therapy programs on our Assisted Living Unit. Provide therapeutic activities to residents that are designed to meet their interests and maintain and improve their physical, mental and psychosocial well-being . Experience as a Recreation Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, creativity, compassion and a drive to pursue new and innovative programming.  Experience working with elders who have Dementia or Alzheimer’s Disease preferred.

RN Weekend Supervisor – LTE (.4) – 2nd Shift. Experienced Registered Nurse for weekend supervision on the PM shift.  Hours are every Saturday and Sunday from 2:30PM to 11:00PM. Responsibilities include accurately performing patient assessments and identifying patient needs upon admission, administering medications and performing treatments as directed by physicians, communicating resident progress to physician and family, supervising the nursing care delivered by nursing assistants and facility supervision. This position includes supervisory responsibilities. Requires valid state of Wisconsin RN license.  Prior long-term care & rehab experience is required.
