Driving Directions: 

• Take I-94 East to 794 East.
• Exit at Lincoln Memorial Drive (on the left).
• Turn left (North) onto Lincoln Memorial Drive.
• Turn left onto East Watertower Road.  At the top of the hill, cross Terrace Avenue and follow the circle around the Old North Point Water Tower.  
• Cross Lake Drive and take North Avenue west one block to Prospect Avenue.
• Turn right onto Prospect Avenue.
• The Health & Rehabilitation Center (2330 N. Prospect Ave.) is located on the right, just north of St. Mary's Hospital.  
• The Residence (2462 N. Prospect Ave.) is located just north of The Health & Rehabilitation Center and has a circular drive at the entrance.
